Changing or cancelling an order
Sometimes you may have placed an order, but would like to remove or add an article. Luckily that can be done, just contact us directly. As long as your order has not been sent out by our logistics personnel, we can immediately change or cancel it for you.
What if our logistics personnel have already sent your order? Then we cannot change or cancel it unfortunately. You can then chose to decline the order and ask that it is returned to our postcode, which will be specified on the package. As soon as we receive the returned package, the money will be put back onto the account you paid from when placing your order. Did you want to simply change your order? Then we will contact you after receipt of the returned order. Cancelling or declining an order is free. If you have sent the package back to the postcode, then contact us. We will compensate you for the related postal charges.
