Status of Return

We recommend to send your return with a track and trace code. After receiving your return will normally be processed within 3 business days

Defect/faulty product

When you returned a defective or damaged product, our returns will check and repair if possible. If the item not can be repaired we will inform you. In cases where the item is still in stock we can send you a new one. In either case we will keep you informed.

Return payment

When we provide a refund?

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days and return the money to the account from which it was paid.

How much is repaid?

Our return department will check the goods returned. Did you order multiple products in one order and return only part of them? Then we will return the purchase price of products returned. Did you return the complete order? Than we will refund the complete order and onetime shipment costs.

How do I receive my money?

We will refund in the same way and via the same account from which the order was paid. If you chose to pay after delivery, will will issue a credit invoice.
