How to return products?

The easiest way to return your product is by contacting our customer service. We will send you the necessary return form and instructions. 

Has my return arrived?

Once your product has arrived at our returns department, we will let you know via a confirmation e-mail. The usual processing time applies of course. Should you see via the Track and Trace code of your return that your package is delivered to us. If you have not received any mail, simply contact one of our employees, we will locate your package and provide the appropriate solution.

My products went for repairs, but is still not working. What now?

It is our mission to ensure you don't have this inconvenience, especially more than once. If it should happen, contact our client service, and we will provide the right solution for you. 

I still haven't received my return form?

Have you requested a return form but still not received it by email? Firstly, check that it has not arrived in your SPAM inbox. If it is not there, just contact our customer service and we will send another one to you.
