Status of your order

We strive to keep you updated on everything, not least your order. Below you can find an overview of how we do so:

Your receive

- sucessfully received - order details to your email address
- is packed by one of our logistics personnel - packing status by email
- has left our premises - track and trace code by email

 

Sending your order

After one of our logistic people has gathered your order, this will be carefully packed. Orders under 30kg will be sent via post. Once the package has left our centre, you can follow its progress online via the website. The code for this will be included in the delivery details emailed to you.
