Delivery not received or other questions

I didn't receive my delivery

Expecting a package from us that has not arrived? This is something we wish to sort out right away, see the points below to start off:

1. Check any track and trace code you may have

This would be in the email with your delivery details. Use this to check and see if the delivery time has been changed.


2. Check your delivery address 

You will have already entered a delivery address online. You can always check that the right delivery address is on Track and Trace also.


3. Check your post box

Does your Track & Trace code show that delivery has been made but you have not received anything? We advise you to check your postbox as often a not-at-home note could be in there from the delivery company. The packet could be with a neighbour or another delivery date could be scheduled for you. Have you not received such a notice in the post box? Then we would like to hear from you, simply contact our customer service for assistance.

My product was damaged on delivery

We pack all of our deliveries carefully to avoid this, but if it should happen there is a solution. Simply send a picture of the damage right away to our customer service. Within 4 days we will come up with a suitable solution.

I didn't receive the invoice

Missing the invoice in the delivery box? We can also sort this out for you. All invoices will be emailed with delivery details. Should you still not find it in your email, it's easy to download via your Wilpe account.
