Delivery options

All packages up to 30kg are sent via DHL. If you are not at home when it's delivered, it will be delivered to a neighbour. If that does not work for you, you can also organise to collect it at a local post collection point. A note in your letterbox will tell you where you can find your packet.

Wilpe will send you a track and trace number by email. Here you will find expected delivery date and times. This will be from Monday to Friday.

We want you to get your delivery as soon as possible and work with postal services to ensure this.

Unfortunately Wilpe does not have a physical store that you can drop by, but you can always contact our customer service and we can see what we can do for you.
